Welcome to Maglehill School in Höör! Our school area consists of Maglehill School, which is a newly built Fk-6 school in the western part of Höör, and our smaller rural school in Tjörnarp with grades Fk-3. The school employs professional staff who are passionate about their mission and work to put the student first.

We are now looking for a certified teacher for the middle school at Maglehill School. The position is a 100% temporary contract. We are looking for someone who is ready to start immediately and wants to work with us during the spring term.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a middle school teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment so that students feel curiosity and a desire to learn. You will work closely with students, colleagues, and school management. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing teaching with a formative approach.

You will be part of a work team where collegial exchange occurs to develop teaching quality. You contribute to students' increased goal fulfillment by providing innovative, pedagogical ideas within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in several theoretical subjects. The position requires that you:

• are a good leader both in and out of the classroom
• plan with a focus on students' desire to learn
• have good knowledge of how classroom teaching affects different students' learning
• have the ability to create good relationships and thereby provide a safe learning environment for our students.
• are well-versed in governing documents and have experience in analyzing and documenting students' abilities and knowledge.
• can work independently, but you are also good at collaborating. You dare to challenge colleagues to think in new ways.
